Representatives submit all original new business paperwork to CFC's office.
Original documents include:
- Annuity application (make sure to include your agent number or Lincoln Investment rep code)
- Split Funding worksheet (even if only one product is used)
- Salary Reduction Agreement with the School District, Hospital or Employer
- Some of the products require signed forms in addition to the applications, i.e. disclosure or addendums. Make sure to include all necessary forms.
NOTE: Once you are appointed, you will receive instructions/passwords to utilize websites to obtain product information, applications, and brochures and even track your submitted/pending business.
FINAL NOTE: CFC makes every effort to create an environment that is conducive to long term mutual gain for both the representatives and our clients. We do not allow systematic replacement of another representative’s client relationships. As we would protect your relationships, CFC reserves the right to terminate Access privileges for anyone who engages in this type of activity.
